Baekhyun Establishes New Company for CBX Promotions

Baekhyun, a member of the popular K-pop group EXO, has taken a significant step in his career by establishing a new company named B.ON Entertainment. This move comes as CBX, which includes members Chen and Xiumin, is set to promote through this new agency.

The establishment of B.ON Entertainment was reported on October 30, with Baekhyun listed as its CEO. The company’s headquarters was relocated recently as preparations for its operations began. Notably, an individual who previously managed CBX’s affairs at their former agency has joined B.ON, suggesting a strategic shift towards independent management.

B.ON Entertainment was officially founded on September 18, shortly after a court granted CBX a preliminary injunction against their exclusive contracts with INB100. This legal victory has allowed the trio to seek greater autonomy in their activities.

A representative from B.ON confirmed that while specific contracts are still in the works, CBX will indeed be collaborating through the new company. The representative also noted the necessity of establishing a corporation to manage payments and tax considerations for their activities. Concrete plans for CBX’s promotions through B.ON are expected to unfold after March next year.
